• Booking & payment information: the safari package and amount. Card and mobile-money details are entered directly with our payment providers — we do not see or store your full card numbers or M-Pesa PINs.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare tailored itineraries and quotes.
• To process bookings and payments, and to administer your trip.
• To communicate with you about your booking and, where you have agreed, occasional travel inspiration. You can opt out at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve our website.
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We share your information only as needed to deliver your safari, and never sell it. This may include:

• Travel suppliers — lodges, camps, ground operators, transport and activity providers needed to fulfil your trip.
• Payment processors — PayPal, Paystack and Safaricom M-Pesa (Daraja), who handle transactions under their own privacy policies.
• Service providers — hosting and email providers that help us run the business under appropriate confidentiality terms.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

Our services are intended for adults. Where a booking includes children, their details are provided by the booking adult and used solely to arrange the trip.
